Mission Statement

The Vancouver Aquarium in Stanley Park, is a self-supporting, non-profit association. Our mission is to effect the conservation of aquatic life through display and interpretation, education, research and direct action.

Description

A donation to the Vancouver Aquarium ensures the continuation and growth of programs that will have a positive, tangible and long-term impact on our community and our aquatic world. Your commitment to the Vancouver Aquarium supports:

-Education programs that teach marine science to children and youth; inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards;
-Conservation initiatives that help people take action to save threatened or endangered aquatic environments;
-The continuing evolution of our world-class exhibits - connecting visitors to the aquatic world and encouraging them to care about conservation;
