Alzheimer Society Peel exists to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer disease and related dementias; to help find the cause, prevention and cure.

Description

Alzheimer Society Peel is a non-profit, charitable organization. We promote public and professional awareness of Alzheimer disease and related dementias and provide services and programs to individuals, families and the community. Alzheimer Society Peel offers counselling, support groups, day programs, wandering person registry (Safely HomeTM), resource centres, education and much more. Our programs and services are available throughout Peel Region through our offices in Brampton, Meadowvale and Port Credit. You do not need a diagnosis or a referral to access our services.
