Mission Statement

Harvest House Outreach stands firm on the Word of God, the Bible. With this established, the Mission Statement is based on Matthew 25:34-40. Our mandate is to honour Christ by reaching into our communities to love the hurting, the hungry, the homeless, and the lonely.

Description

Harvest House Outreach is a street level ministry that reaches into our communities to help those in need due to financial, addictive and abusive situations. Harvest House Drop-In Centers provide a safe and friendly atmosphere where the coffee is always free, and there is fellowship, games, books and referral services available. Harvest Shelters provide long, short and/or transitional housing for those in need. For example, the Moncton site presently has room for 16 women, 20 men, and 4 apartments for single parent families. Including the weekly Prayer, Youth, and Cafe Night outreach events, Harvest House regularly organizes prayer walks, community barbeques, praise marches and park outreaches. The needs and challenges are great as Harvest House seeks to reach out to those in need. Thank you for your financial partnership considerations.
