Since 1988, Crossroads Hospice Society has provided compassionate care to those affected by the end-of-life experience. We operate the Crossroads Inlet Centre Hospice in Port Moody and provide grief and bereavement support to the residents of Anmore, Belcarra, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody.

Your support will help raise the important funds needed to provide dignity, choice, and compassionate support for individuals and their loved ones living with a terminal illness. We manage the ten-bed Crossroads Inlet Centre Hospice residence in Port Moody and provide bereavement services to residents of the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody), Anmore and Belcarra. 

With over 300 volunteers in both our hospice, thrift store, and in our community, Crossroads provides life-affirming care for patients and their families to help them with emotional, physical, and spiritual concerns that arise as the end of life approaches.
