Kina (kee-nah) provides scholarships and access to healthcare for girls and young women in Nepal.
Since 2002 Kina has been providing girls and young women scholarships and access to healthcare. Their situations can seem daunting, but solutions are within our reach. It all begins with an education, the cornerstone on which they can build a brighter future.
About KINA SOCIAL VENTURES
Our programs and activities are focused in Nepal.
The beneficiaries of our programs are ultimately the home communities and villages of the young women and girls we support. Our immediate work is to help girls break the cycle of poverty through improved access to education.
Our approach is based on helping a select few motivated individuals who show promise and are enthusiastic about being leaders within their community – that is, we seek to leverage the talents of a few who will inspire action in many.
