About TTL in Lesotho

Tiny Lives (TTL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of critically ill and malnourished children in Lesotho, one of the poorest countries in Africa. TTL is run entirely by local Basotho people born and raised in Lesotho.

TTL is the only organization of its kind serving the vulnerable rural districts of Mokhotlong and Thaba-Tseka, where the effects of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, poverty, climate change and now COVID-19 are having a crippling impact on the well-being of children and families.

Through our commitment to saving as many lives as possible, one child at a time, we are focused on helping severely in-need children grow, develop and thrive by providing access to healthcare, offering health education to their families and combating malnutrition. Since 2004, TTL has served over 2,500 children and over 8,000 women.

About The Tiny Lives Foundation

The Tiny Lives Foundation (TTLF) Canada is dedicated to supporting the life-saving work of TTL. TTLF is a Canadian registered charity and all donations over $10 are eligible for a charitable tax receipt. 

The Tiny Lives Foundation strives for the healthy development of all children in Lesotho, and envisions accessible health and social services that enable families and communities to care for children affected by HIV/AIDS, malnutrition and illness.
