Rotary Cheshire Homes (RCH) is North America's first and only non-profit organization providing affordable housing and Intervenor (IV) Services to persons who have acquired the dual disability of deaf-blindness.  

Since 1992 RCH has operated a 16-unit apartment building called Rotary Cheshire Apartments where tenants have access to rent-geared-to income subsidies as well as IV Services on a daily basis.

In 2006 RCH received funding from the Ministry of Community and Social Services to expand its mandate to provide IV Services to persons living outside of the apartment building in the Toronto area.  The Outreach program today provides approximately 20 people with access to flexible levels of IV Services.

RCH will use 100% of donations received through this web site to provide IV Services to individuals living outside of the geographic boundaries of the Outreach program, as well as provide opportunities that will directly benefit persons who are deaf-blind.
