FLOPRS provides all funding for the World Parrot Refuge in Coombs, BC, Canada. This new 23 000 sq ft facility provides a "home for life" for over 600 previously owned parrots. We are a free-flight facility and do not restrict birds or clip their wings. We are a true refuge and do not breed, sell or adopt out birds. We rely totally on donations to cover our ongoing expenses and provide tax receipts to donors. The refuge is an educational facility and is open to the public 7 days a week from 10 am to 4 pm. Group tours can be arranged with advance notice.
