Since 1896, The Children's Aid Society of Haldimand and Norfolk has been protecting children, helping parents build healthy families and providing safe, nurturing environments for young people who are unable to live at home due to family problems.  

The Children's Aid Society of Haldimand and Norfolk is legislated under The Child and Family Services Act and reports to the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.  

The Children's Aid Society of Haldimand and Norfolk receives its operating budget from the Provincial Government; however, we depend on community donations for children's programs not funded by the Province such as the Fresh Air Fund and Youth Education Fund.
