Our quarterly 16 page newsletter/magazine: 

The Networker is a vital part of the Network giving first time or veteran writers, poets and artists a paid opportunity to share key experiences from their lives with all members of the mental health community. It also serves to break through the isolation people living with mental anguish often feel and offers them new realities. Each Bulletin has a different theme: from Love to Relationships to Emotional Health. It has a readership of approximately 2500 and is distributed to hospitals, mental health organizations and institutions across the lower mainland. It is also mailed out to our members. 

Our public educational seminars: 

The Community Education series happens once a month. It is open to our members and the general public. It includes demonstrations of  many different healing practices, such as music therapy, yoga (many different styles represented), meditation, Chi Kung,and dietary regimens. It is also free.

We strive to provide a setting where people who have received mental health treatment can access mutual support.
