Who We Are

ASF is a conservation organization dedicated to safeguarding wild Atlantic salmon and waters that sustain them, removing barriers to migration, restoring cold-water refuges, improving river connectivity, and addressing the major threats facing salmon, such as climate change, open-net pen aquaculture, and habitat loss.

ASF also leads international efforts to protect salmon throughout their ocean journey, including working closely with partners in Greenland, ensuring salmon receive the protection they need from river to sea.
