Mission Statement

Community Living Winnipeg is dedicated to the enhancement of the lives and status of people who live with an intellectual disability and their families by promoting their full inclusion and participation in the community.

Description

Community Living Winnipeg, which incorporated in 1958, was started by parents who were concerned about the lack of services for their children who had an intellectual disability. Over the years there have been many changes as Community Living Winnipeg grew from a residential and day program service provider to its current role as an advocacy and resource organization.

Throughout our history, we at Community Living Winnipeg have steadfastly held to our commitment to the individuals and their families who live with an intellectual disability.
