Seniors Outreach Services offers many services to seniors in our community. Services include Meals on Wheels, Transportation, Lifeline Personal Response, Social Diners, Social Activities, Adult Day Service, Library Book Delivery, Foot Care, Friendly Visiting, "55 Alive" Driver Refresher Course, Income Tax & Form Assistance.
