The London Abused Women's Centre is a feminist organization that provides counselling and support for women aubsed by their intimate partner(s) and advocates for personal, social and political change to end violence against women.

Description

The London Abused Women' s Centre (LAWC) offers advocacy, counselling and support services in a safe, non-crisis, non-residential setting to women 16 and over who are being abused by a current or former intimate partner (i.e., husband, boyfriend, commom-law or lesbian partner).

LAWC provides short-term individual counselling, groups, resources and safety planning.

Other services include speaking engagements, community collaboration, research and social action.
