Cahoots Theatre is dedicated to the creation, development, and production of new Canadian plays that reflect our cultural diversity.
Our mission
Cahoots Theatre investigates and examines the complexities of diversity through the creation and production of new plays, professional artist development and community participation. We are leader in the theatre community, providing a much needed home for the voice of "the other," a place for marginalized artists and diverse communities to share their stories. We strive to attract, confront, provoke, entertain, reveal and ultimately transcend through expression and access to the theatre.
About our charity
Founded in 1986, Cahoots Theatre Company (originally Cahoots Theatre Projects) was incorporated by the province as a non-profit organization in February 1986 and registered as a charity in 1987.
