EARTHSAVE CANADA is a Vancouver-based registered charity, helping people choose foods that benefit the environment, our health, and the lives of animals. We advocate the move towards a plant-based diet for environmental sustainability, better health, and compassion toward animals.
We believe communities are stronger when they set a table that people from all cultures and beliefs can enjoy. Plant-based is the most equitable menu there is!
Since 1990, thanks to the support and involvement of our members and incredible volunteers; Earthsave has been able to carry out our mission to educate and advocate on behalf of the animals and the planet. We couldn't do it without you though, so please consider joining us, volunteering, or making a donation and help us make a difference.
Here at ESC we feel that moving towards a plant-based diet is the single most effective thing you, as an individual, can do to make the world a healthier, greener, kinder place. We want to support people in their efforts to make the transition to a better way of life.
When coming together as a community, food can bring us together, or make us feel isolated when our beliefs interfere with our ability to take part in a group meal. Food is fast becoming an equity issue that can no longer be ignored. Yet another incredible benefit of a plant-based diet is that EVERYONE can partake. All cultures and beliefs are welcome at our table.
In 2012 we a ESC are making changes and growing even more. We hope you will want to be part of it and help us make a difference.

We all want to make a difference. Here at ESC we feel that moving towards a plant-based diet is the single most effective thing you, as an individual, can do to make the world a healthier, greener, kinder place. Food production is the single biggest threat to non-human animals on the planet, and one of the most taxing and inefficient ways to use our water and land resources.
