Mission Statement

First and foremost, La Tablée des Chefs
drives chefs, cooks and confectioners
from Quebec to community involvement.

Description

This organization mobilizes chefs on
three levels: the redistribution of food
surpluses, the preparation of ready-to-eat
meals to profit Quebec food banks, and
the transfer of culinary and nutritional
knowledge to underprivileged youth so as
to break the cycle of poverty and develop
culinary independence.
