Mission Statement

The objective of the Society is to produce and operate an annual international film festival in the City of Calgary for cultural and educational purposes, which shall provide a forum for the general public to view, discuss, and learn from indigenous and international films of the highest aesthetic quality the art of filmmaking. The film festival shall provide the general public with access to films of execptional artistic expression, irrespective of whether such films achieve significant commercial success.
