To Enhance Life at Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home

Description

We are a long term care home in the Miramichi,New Brunswick that has 131 permanent residents plus 2 Community Relief beds. The home provides services for 2 Specialty Units. One is a 15 bed Special Needs Unit for young adults with severe cognitive and/or physical disabilities,the other is a 25 bed Dementia Unit for those suffering from Alzheiemr's disease and/or other related Dementia's. Mount Saint Joseph currently employs 150 staff and has many volunteers that asssit in the delivery of care to the residents in a loving and nurturing environment.Our primary function is to raise funds that will support the financial needs that are not provided elsewhere. Our needs include and are not limited to the funding of new beds,{ we still use crank up beds)furniture, diagnostic and therapeutic equipment,as well as transportation aquisition and maintenance.Thank you for your interest in learning about how you can be part of making a profound difference by enhancing Quality of Life at MT.ST.JOSEPH.
