Through the provision of 24 hour support, counselling, and referrals to a myriad of community resources - all free of charge - Distress Centre ensures that everyone has a place to turn in a time of crisis, whatever that crisis may be. Built upon values of volunteerism, innovation and partnership, Distress Centre has a 40 year legacy, creating lasting social impact as an essential service in Calgary’s network of care.
