ACT is a leading organization providing evidence-informed training, resources, and support for individuals with Autism and their families.
ACT – Autism Community Training is a Canadian not-for-profit working to build a more inclusive world where neurodivergent individuals are understood, respected, and supported to thrive.
Since 2003, ACT has been a trusted source of evidence-informed autism education, resources, and advocacy. Founded by a parent of an Autistic child, ACT was created in response to families’ urgent need for reliable information and compassionate support. Today, guided by Autistic voices, we continue to serve individuals, families, and professionals across Canada.
ACT provides accessible learning, practical tools, and community resources that address real-life needs—from mental health and anxiety to sensory differences, identity, and well-being across the lifespan. Our work helps families feel less alone, professionals feel better equipped, and Autistic individuals feel seen and valued.
As an independent charity, ACT relies on the generosity of donors to keep these resources available and accessible. Your gift helps ensure that accurate information, inclusive education, and advocacy remain within reach for those who need it most.
Give today—and help create a more equitable, understanding, and inclusive future for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
