Like 1 in 10 Canadians, I have asthma--a common lung disease that is anything but simple. I'm on a mission to help encourage people on their journeys to living active, healthy lives in SPITE of asthma!

To help me on this journey, I've set up this CanadaHelps page to benefit the Asthma Society of Canada, and specifically the TeamAsthma program, encouraging and educating people towards healthy choices with asthma!
