Will Swim For Food
Hi my name is Ryan Hann. I am 12 years old and a competitive swimmer with the Orangeville Otters Swim Club
I want to raise money for our local Food Bank because I know how important food is to keep you active. I know from swimming that I could not last a day without food and it just breaks my heart to think that people live with hunger. I am doing a fundraiser called “ Will Swim For Food”. I am going to swim 200 laps each day for a week which is equal to 5 km a day or 35 km for the week. I will be collecting food and money donations during this week.
My goal is to raise $1000 and 100 food items for the Orangeville Food Bank.
My mom will be in the lobby at the Alder Recreation Centre collecting donations while I swim or feel free to join me in some laps.
You can find me swimming my 200 laps August 19th-25th (see times below).
