Running a Marathon and a Half for Mental Health!

Hi there, Myself and a group of friends are starting an initiative that raises money and awareness for mental health through exercise. The initiative is called RACE4MentalHealth. Mental illness is something that affects us all. In fact, 1 in 5 will experience a mental illness directly and those who do not will know someone who does.
