TWMSF was founded by Tristan Williams in 2012. Being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009 at the age of 19, Tristan quickly recognized the need for support for young adults living with Multiple Sclerosis within his community. After successfully co creating the Road to You MS Support Group in 2011 with his trusted friend and nurse clinician Jennifer Doran, the idea of starting The Tristan WilliaMS Foundation was born to expand the outreach of communication and support for young adults diagnosed with MS beyond the Montreal area.

TWMSF is dedicated to providing a community of support, education and awareness for young adults living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
