Our facility offers <strong>40 beds</strong> and <strong>15 cool/warming spaces</strong>, serving <strong>men, women, seniors, and LGBTQ2+</strong> individuals aged 16 and older.</p>\n<p>At The INN, we are deeply committed to inclusivity and comprehensive care. We serve people from diverse backgrounds, such as LGBTQ2+ individuals, women, seniors, youth, and Indigenous people as well as individuals with no income or those receiving <strong>Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)</strong> assistance. We understand the unique barriers they face and provide holistic support that tackles the root causes of homelessness, fostering a sense of community and belonging.</p>\n<p>Over the years, The INN has become a hub of essential services. Our wrap-around care addresses immediate needs while supporting long-term recovery and reintegration. <strong>We offer 3 nutritious meals and unlimited beverages and personal care services like showers, laundry and personal care items.</strong> Our expanded facilities allow us to provide more than just a bed and meals. We also offer transportation to and from healthcare centers, medical care, mental health and addiction support and other critical resources like ID replacement, income support, employment assistance, housing support and community connections to empower our guests on their journey to stability. These services promote dignity, well-being, and self-worth, enabling our guests to rebuild their lives.</p>\n<p>We have successfully <strong>transitioned 45 individuals into permanent housing</strong>, providing them with stability and a fresh start. Additionally, we have diverted 50 individuals to friends, family, or appropriate services, ensuring they receive the support they need without relying solely on emergency shelters. Our collaborative approach with other community organizations has significantly <strong>reduced police callouts by 23%</strong>, showcasing the effectiveness of our support in maintaining safety and reducing emergency incidents.</p>\n<p>Our efforts extend to facilitating <strong>82 referrals to treatment programs</strong>, helping individuals address addiction and mental health issues for a healthier future. On average, our guests benefit from <strong>109 doctor visits</strong> each month, ensuring they receive essential medical care and support.</p>\n<p>Moreover, <strong>in 2025</strong>, we served over<strong> 37,000 nutritious meals,</strong> providing our guests with the energy and dignity to face each day’s challenges. Our services have reached over <strong>270+ unique guests</strong>, demonstrating our broad impact and commitment to inclusivity. With over <strong>3000+ overnight stays</strong> yearly, we offer a safe and supportive environment for those in need.</p>\n<p>We are honored to be recognized by the <strong>Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness</strong> as a <em><strong>leader in Homelessness Prevention across Canada</strong></em>.
