As Saskatoon's first professional theatre organization, 25th Street Theatre has always been committed to creating opportunities for Saskatchewan artists and to producing thought-provoking, new, Canadian works.
\r\nIn 1989 we began producing the annual Saskatoon Fringe Festival, which has been a cultural landmark of Saskatoon supporting the creation of new work and offering many theatre artists their first step on the industry ladder.
\r\nFor 50 years 25th Street Theatre has been building the careers of Saskatchewan artists, giving them a chance to step into the spotlight before they go on to work with other companies both here in Saskatchewan and around the world. We are a vital pillar in Saskatoon’s theatre ecosystem and are proud to be known for our safe and supportive work environment.
