The squadron has been offering the Cadet Program to the youth of Mississauga, Ontario since 1997.\n\nToday, 800 RCAirCS remains one of the largest cadet units in the City of Mississauga, and prides itself on holding strong values of personal excellence, comradeship, diversity, teamwork, challenge, and fun.\n\nWith a membership of about 200 cadets, the training, administration and supervision of such a large youth group takes a lot of support. Your generous donation will be used to provide equipment, supplies and experiences to the cadets not funded by DND.\n
803 NorthShore Sabre squadron is a montreal west island youth initiative that supports local adolescents aged 12-17 and promotes skills development and community involvement. The squadron is an educational environment based around canadian aviation that provides opportunity for adolescents to learn a variety of skills including: aviation, wilderness survival skills, drill team, music, effective public speaking, sports and marksmanship. In additional, teens learn important skills such as discipline, dedication and team work which they are encouraged to apply in everyday life. Most importantly, teens can make friends and have fun in a constructive environment.
