The mission of 880 CHED Santas Anonymous is simple: to see every child receive a new toy at Christmas. Since Jerry Forbes founded the charity in 1955, that mission has stayed the same. Relying on thousands of volunteers and donors, 880 CHED Santas Anonymous now collects, sorts, packages, and delivers toys to over 20,000 children in Edmontonevery year.

The local residents rebelled against this plan and decided this site, which was shuttered, would become a Tourist Attraction. Now the Lighthouse stands proudly with four local staff hired annually, to shwocase just how beautiful the area is. Three and a half km's of groomed trails. an artist retreat. which becomes a rental cottage, an interoperative centre, a picnic park, a view to die for. The smell of the sea and the salt from the mighty Atlantic, complete the picture. This site is run solely by volunteers.
