The Ecumenical Chaplaincy at the University of Toronto is a Christian voice, rooted in the traditions of The Presbyterian Church in Canada and The United Church of Canada, for the community studying, working and living at the University of Toronto.
\r\nWeekly Community Gatherings - A weekly gathering for students to connect and grow with one another through a meal, bible study, prayer, and spiritual reflection.
\r\n\r\n
Life Groups - Small groups of 5-15 people who meet regularly on the journey of becoming deeply committed persons of faith.
\r\n\r\n
Qu(e)erying Religion - An intimate and open space for joyful, supported, life-giving inclusive spirituality. QR programs foster dynamic encounters, (un)common conversations, and creative engagements at the intersections of gender identity, sexual orientation, culture, religious faith, and spiritual practice.
\r\n\r\n
Grief Support Sharing Circles - An informal, drop-in mutual support group for students who have experienced a death, as well as students experiencing anticipatory grief.
\r\n\r\n
Ecology and Spirituality - An exploration of the ways in which faith, religions and spiritualities interact with the world around us.
\r\nWe also support students with one-on-one pastoral care and connect students to worship, prayer and communities of faith, justice and learning on campus.

With his spirit in mind, Ed’s family formed a foundation with the hopes of creating a bold, creative, and inventive organization to carry on his legacy. He had deep roots in his own community and held a strong belief in giving back locally but was also passionate about the sustainability of the automotive industry as a whole. His entrepreneurial legacy will live on in the businesses that are born from individuals who have benefited from the Foundation’s assistance.
\r\nThe Foundation was born through the drive and generosity of Ed Coates. He supported his local community of Maple Ridge and other places across British Columbia in many ways through his business Lordco Parts Ltd. The impact that Ed had on the community was significant and unforgettable. The Foundation will embody these same principles that Ed lived by each day.
\r\nSupport for The Ed Coates Memorial Foundation will be attained through a number of fundraising initiatives by Lordco Parts Ltd., as well as local community events. The well-known reputation of Lordco Parts Ltd. in the automotive aftermarket community will aid in building support for the Foundation. You can help fund this exciting new initiative by pledging your support through your own fundraising events or by making a personal contribution.
\r\nThe Eden Mills Community Cemetery is a volunteer run, rural cemetery located near the lovely village of Eden Mills, in southern Wellington County.
\r\nThe cemetery’s first burial was in 1849.
\r\nIt is managed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors who meet a few times a year.
\r\nThe Eden Mills Community Cemetery is a Registered Charity.
\r\nOur cemetery is grateful for the generous support of the local community.
