The Gibson Cultural Centre is a not-for-profit charitable organization that supports and advances lifelong learning opportunities in the arts through the Gibson School of the Arts, Gibson Gallery and Artist in Residence program.  Our goal is to engage, enrich and celebrate our diverse and growing population through a variety of artistic expressions emphasizing community involvement and collaboration.

Vision Statement: As the arts and cultural hub of South Simcoe , The Gibson Cultural Centre is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for artists at all levels of their creative journey, and encouraging participation in the arts through advocacy, education and outreach, exhibition, and serving as a vital creative resource for the community. It also strives to provide a cultural leadership role by participating on the Town’s Cultural Committee and contributing to the development of the Cultural Plan
