The Women’s Employment Resource Centre (WERC) is a charitable, not for profit organization which provides employment services free of charge for women of Oxford County. WERC is thankful to Employment Ontario (Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities), Investing in Women’s Futures (Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services), the County of Oxford and the United Way for funding the services provided.

\r\nWomen’s Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc. (WEST) exists to provide training for severely employment disadvantaged visible minority women in order to improve their employability in the workforce and/or to further their education.
\r\nProgram Participants: An Asset-based Philosophy
\r\nWEST participants represent women from more than fifty nations and cultures. Our work is unique and important for our community as we recognize and build on the strengths of our participants as they strive to meet their individual employment goals. At the same time, we provide important information to local employers regarding the benefits of a trained multicultural workforce. WEST has assisted thousands of women over the years and currently serves more than 3000 women and their children each year.

Mission
\r\nWomen’s Habitat of Etobicoke is a community-based organization providing vital support to women and their dependents who are survivors of violence and poverty. Founded in 1978, our emergency shelter and our outreach centre, established in 2006, offers a suite of services including group and individual counselling, parenting support and housing assistance.
\r\nOur mission is to provide a safe refuge, counselling, support and advocacy for women and their children who are fleeing violence; while also working towards a more equal society where the inherent value of all women is recognized and celebrated.
\r\nServices offered at the Outreach Centre include individual and group counselling, transition and support services, housing assistance, parenting support and services for young women.
\r\nOur 25 bed emergency shelter provides safety and refuge for women and children fleeing violence. We provide women with housing and legal supports and ensure children have the help they need to overcome the violence they have witnessed or experienced. Residents receive support, counselling and referrals to community services such as legal aid, subsidized childcare and housing.

We are a feminist community health clinic in Winnipeg, MB. Since 1981, we've offered a range of client-centred services for women of all ages. We also provide services to males through our Teen Clinics & the Provincial Eating Disorder Prevention & Recovery Program.
\r\nWe emphasize prevention, education and choice. We design our programs and services to encourage and empower people to take charge of their own health.
\r\nWe provide medical and counselling services, health education and information, and undertake advocacy and research on women's health issues. We also run the Provincial Eating Disorder Prevention and Recovery program. We also train and mentor volunteers in several programs to provide direct service and information to our clients and community members.

\r\n\r\nThe Women’s Health Coalition was founded in 2017 and became the Women’s Health Coalition of Canada Society (The WHC) in 2023. Our mission is to advance a movement to speak openly, learn, and engage to address barriers, gaps and biases in menstrual, reproductive, and sexual health. It is our vision that every woman is supported through all the ages and stages of their unique health experience.
\nWomen’s health is under-represented, and women of all ages are commonly vulnerable, unsupported and at risk when they do not have a specific diagnosis, do not have a health care professional/specialist, and are challenged by navigating the health system.
\nOur mandate: The Women’s Health Coalition is guided by patient experiences, informed by healthcare professional expertise, and enabled by partnerships, to advance evidence-informed recommendations to decision makers in government and health systems.
