The Concerned Kids is a non-profit organization which educates children and young people through interactive puppetry. 

Our programs explore social issues, and are available to schools and community groups in Toronto. We target at-risk youth in the 13 Priority Neighbourhoods of Toronto. 

Puppetry is an excellent medium by which to reach young people because the participants are comfortable with the puppets and not threatened, as they may be by an adult. 
 
Our programs have been developed and designed by professionals in each of the particular fields, and are presented by extensively trained volunteers.

Our programs address issues such as: 
- Violence, Gangs & Prejudice
- Multiculturalism & Diversity
- Bullying & School Safety
- Peer Pressure & Substance Abuse

THE CONCERNED KIDS' mission is to educate children and youth in Toronto and the GTA through the creative medium of puppetry. 

We are a non-profit organization that empowers children and youth to cope with relevant social issues. 

Children listen and HEAR when puppets speak. The medium of puppetry is an ideal way to give children, young people, parents and other concerned adults needed information in conjunction with discussion and skill development activities. Puppetry is an effective way to interact with children and young people concerning issues that are important to them.
