The Way was planted by Dr. Mike Sherbino and team of friends. Their goal was simple: to share the gospel in an authentic, relevant context. Known simply as “Breakfast Church,” they met weekly for food, worship, and a message. The fellowship grew quickly, and soon 200 people were joining Pastor Mike on Sunday mornings. Six years later, we no longer serve pancakes each Sunday, but our vision and mission remains true to our Breakfast Church roots. In 2012, we joined the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination, which we feel best aligned with our roots and future as we continue to help people find and follow The Way.
