Ian Runs Alberta
Canadian Mental Health Association Alberta Division
On July 1, 2016, Ian Aman will be setting out on a historic run across the province of Alberta. Launching at the Alberta/Northwest Territories border, the run will cover a distance of 1,600 kilometers and will span over 62 days this summer.
Ian is inspiring Albertans to live at their highest potential and demonstrating the power you have to achieve your dreams. In these tough economic times, a focus on wellness is even more critical, which is why funds raised will be collected by CMHA Alberta Division and distributed equally to all CMHA Regions and the Centre for Suicide Prevention. Help Ian raise $20,000 during his run!
Ian was born and raised in Alberta and carries a passionate message that challenges people to define their own limits, to believe in what’s possible and to live a life that resonates the best possible version of themselves. By pushing the limits and embracing the resilience and heart of what Albertans stand for, Ian plans to tell his story across the province not only through his actions, but by engaging with the numerous communities along the way.
