In this evening talk Gen-la Khyenrab will explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us let go of anxiety, become fearless in the face of adversity, and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. These teachings will be based on the book, How to Transform Your Life.
Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, the National Spiritual Director of Canada and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada, is a modern Buddhist monk dedicated to helping people from all walks of life attain lasting happiness through developing inner peace, compassion, and wisdom. He is deeply respected throughout the world for his powerful teachings and experience of unifying Buddha’s teachings with busy daily life.
