After 20 years, the memories of Carol and Noreen Lem live strong, two wonderful sisters, renowned for mentoring their colleagues and leading in the introduction of women in Canadian sports. They will stay close in the thoughts of family, friends, teammates, and colleagues.

This foundation is established to expand that network, in their memory; to maintain and encourage the examples Carol and Noreen set in assisting those less fortunate, both in their own medical battles and throughout their lives. Financial assistance will be provided with regular donations for the fight against, and to help those suffering from life changing diseases (Carol fought kidney disease throughout her life, when it progressed to the point transplant was required she was found to have liver cancer. Noreen survived ovarian cancer on a number of occasions but lost the fight, once). As the foundation grows in value, major gifts will be made to fund capital projects; your donation will have both immediate and long lasting impact.
