For nearly 15 years, the Burman Bobcats Drumline has been dedicated to excellence in performance. From playing at pep rallies and sports matches to representing Burman University at Jubilee during Black History Month, the dedication, passion, and discipline of the team continue to make a positive impact on the Hilltop.

Along with repair, maintenance, and replacement of existing equipment, funds raised from this campaign will help fulfill the dream of expanding our resources, both for practice and performance:

We would love to invest in practice pads to encourage even more intentionality among the team outside of regular practices.

We’re excited about the possibility of adding a talking drum to the ensemble to take our performances to the next level and experiment with African cadences.

Eye-catching uniforms would not only give a cohesive and professional look to the team, but would visually represent Drumline and Burman University both at home and on the road.
