The Central Okanagan Rent Bank offers interest–free repayable loans and one-time emergency grants, as well as access to relevant support services to eligible renters in the Central Okanagan (Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland).
At CMHA Kelowna we have a mission to create a mentally healthy community, and we believe that having a place to call home is part of the foundation of good mental health.
In 2024 alone, the Rent Bank has supported more than 150 households, distributing over $100,000 in emergency loans and benefitting more than 400 individuals.
