Calling all Superheroes to come join us on Sunday September 30th, 2018 at Purple Woods Conservation area for the 4th Annual Durham Superhero FunWalk.  All ages welcome for a fun-filled event!

Funds raised will go in support of Durham's most vulnerable children and youth.  The Durham Children's Aid Foundation currently supports over 3000 children.

Every child needs a superhero, please come and show off your super powers on September 30th.



Team Relay Challenge - 9:00 am

Recruit 4 friends/co-workers and show off your super speed by participating in the 4x5K relay challenge.  

Each team needs to fundraise a minimum of $1000 to participate.

Family FunWalk - 11:00 am

Join us for the Family & Friends FunWalk.  Spend your morning fighting superheroes, walking around Purple Woods and participating in a dance off and other super-hero challenges.  Superhero cape, face painting, activity pack and lunch will be provided.

Registration is $25/pp. Registration is waived if you fundraise a minimum of $100.  Kids under 5 are FREE.

About This Charity

The Durham Children's Aid Foundation (DCAF) was established in 2004 and is a registered charity that supports the children/youth associated with the Durham Children's Aid Society (DCAS). The Foundation extends a helping hand to those children/youth in need to help break the cycle of abuse and neglect and to foster the healthy development of children into responsible adults. DCAF receives no government funding and relies on funds raised through local events and donations. DCAF supports over 3000 local children.
