About FACE School Foundation
AN ARTS-ORIENTED PUBLIC SCHOOL
FACE STANDS FOR:FINE ARTS CORE EDUCATION.
FACE offers an integrated arts program, from pre-kindergarten to secondary 5. Art education, consisting of visual arts, drama, instrumental and vocal music which make up a third of the curriculum, is mandatory for all students.
FACE welcomes both French and English speaking students and is governed by two school
boards: the Commission scolaire de Montréal, for the French sector, and the English
Montreal School Board, for the English sector. FACE encourages co-education of the two communities.
FACE does not aim to train artists. Instead, it provides a well-rounded education that prepares the student for becoming a more creative, independent, responsible, and versatile adult, equipped for an increasingly complex society.
The annual contribution to become a member is 30$.
An income tax receipt will be sent for every donation of 20$ or more (including the annual contribution).
