In response to the escalating conflict in the Middle East, Good Neighbours Canada is supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and persons with disabilities (PWDs) affected by the Israel-Hamas Conflict in the Gaza Strip. In collaboration with the Italian NGO EducAid and local partner Basmeh & Zeitooneh (B&Z), Good Neighbours is carrying out emergency response efforts that aim to distribute food items and hygiene kits to affected civilians in Lebanon.
The project activities will be conducted in the middle area of the Gaza Strip, specifically in Deir al-Balah, Mughraqa, and Al-Maghazi. Our goal is to provide support to 1,425 households and currently, 260 households have already received support.
