The Skills Centre has recently moved to its new location at 1060 Eldorado Street, where final touches are being added to the community kitchen. While we’ve acquired major appliances and furniture, essential smallwares such as tabletop appliances, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and cookware are still needed.

Alongside supporting our food security programs, the community kitchen will be a valuable resource for other non-profits and community organizations focused on food recovery, cooking classes, and similar initiatives. A fully equipped kitchen is essential for delivering our poverty reduction and food security programs, as well as enhancing community-driven efforts.

This space will benefit hundreds by strengthening food security, promoting education, and fostering community engagement. It will serve as an accessible, vibrant hub, encouraging collaboration among local organizations to amplify their impact.
