Established in 1997, Harvest House has been serving the community for over 20 years. We started with a few mattresses on the floor and have grown to be a real place of refuge for the lost, addicted and lonely.
We have a 36 bed Emergency Shelter for men, women, and families. We are fully accessible and pet friendly. Our guests can stay as long as they need to and will meet with an onsite case worker to determine their next steps.
For the addicted, we offer a nine month residential faith-based addiction recovery program for men and women.
For those looking for accountability and support, we can offer our Step-up program. We have several residential locations for men and women within walking distance to our center.
We offer several support services to our community, including:
- 2 meals daily / 365 days a year (over 55,000 meals served in 2016)
- Onsite GED, mentorship, and community center (over 40,000 cups of coffee served in 2016)
- Daily Life-skills classes and Bible study (over 75 participants daily!)
- a compassionate team of staff and volunteers who have lived experiences (7000 volunteers hours in 2016)
