Overview

A loved one's death is a life-changing event that triggers a grief journey for the loved ones left behind. The grief journey can include unsettling thoughts and feelings as well as raise questions about meaning and hope. Just as death is a natural part of life, experiencing grief and actively mourning is a natural and healthy part of life.
