Hope for the Nations empowers children at risk to become children of change.
We equip marginalized children to become leaders - those who affect positive change within their communities - by partnering with local organizations working within a wide variety of cultural contexts.
We are an international, faith-based, boutique NGO, with UN special consultative status, enabling ordinary people to create extraordinary hope in the lives of children at risk.
About HOPE FOR THE NATIONS
Hope for the Nations (HOPE) is a non-profit organization based in Kelowna, B.C., Canada that was incorporated in 1994. It was created by a coalition of businessmen who had a deep conviction to address the needs of children in destitute situations around the world.
Over the course of our existence, HOPE has broadened our scope while sharpening our focus. HOPE now engages in community development, poverty reduction and gender equality in areas where these issues intersect with children.
Through our system of healthy partnerships, we have established projects in over twenty nations worldwide. HOPE is continuing to develop our partnerships and international networks in order to increase the efficiency of efforts directed towards helping children at risk around the world.
