The Virtual Hike for Hospice event is an opportunity to come together virtually, anytime, and anywhere to raise money to help provide compassionate, quality care for people with life-limiting illness and bereavement support for our community. Our Hike for Hospice is an online fundraising initiative that allows people to register and hold their own symbolic ‘walk’ while still fundraising for an important cause.

From July 31st – September 12th while we all practice social distancing, climb your stairs, hop on that elliptical or treadmill, take a walk or bike ride around your neighbourhood or get in your steps during your favourite YouTube workout – partake in your favourite physical activities and encourage your family and friends to do the same.

By participating in our Virtual Hike for Hospice, you will be able to stay active, healthy, and safe in the comfort of your home or neighbourhood while being a part of a fun activity! Get creative – you choose when and how you ‘hike’ while joining hundreds of Torontonians coming together to say we are #StillHikingToronto

Hike Features:

  • * Weekly virtual walks hosted by Virtual Photo Walks at a mystery location anywhere on the globe
  • * A chance to win the weekly draw prize by guessing the mystery location
