Our Mission

Citizen's Pet Population Control Society (CPPCS) assists low income earners and seniors of the Greater Vancouver Area with the financial costs of the spay and neuter of their companion animals. We also help with a portion of the cost of emergency medical expenses as funds allow. On average we are able to assist 500 people with their pets every year.CPPCS unfortunately cannot help every one that calls but we do our best as our limited resources allow.

About CITIZEN'S PET POPULATION CONTROL SOCIETY

Since it's inception in 1973 Citizen's Pet Population Control Society (CPPCS)has remained a small grass roots organization that is 100% volunteer driven.Through a network of veterinary clinics CPPCS can refer people to affordable services in their neighborhood. We raise money throughout the year by selling donated items at our twice yearly Bazaar & Tea,yard sales and our recently added Pubnight/silent auction. All of the money we raise goes directly to help the animals. It breaks our hearts to know that we cannot afford to help everyone that calls but we do our best.
