Overview

Come join Initiatives for Just Communities (IJC) at our second annual trivia night in support of IJC's four community programs.  This will be a fun (and funny!) competition where teams contend with each other by answering interesting, amusing and sometimes challenging questions. Answers are written down through a collaborative process, so no one is ever put on the spot or has to answer for the group. In order to win, team members must work together, relying on each other’s skills, knowledge, and ability to recall useless information from topics such as current events, sports, music, pop culture, geography, movies, and history. Refreshments will be provided and prizes will be awarded to members of the winning teams!

We invite you to get some friends and family together to create a trivia team and reserve a table for your team of eight players.  Or you may also purchase an individual ticket(s) and arrive ready to join a team!

About This Charity

Initiatives for Just Communities (IJC) is a non-profit, charitable organization. Our programs engage people who have a heart for caring for others, to walk alongside our participants on their life’s journey. We encourage our staff and volunteers to see their work through a Restorative Justice lens, holding carefully the values of human dignity, peace and integrity. We work to create communities where each person, especially the stigmatized and vulnerable, has a place to belong. Our four programs are Circles of Support and Accountability, Open Circle, Touchstone FASD program, and El’ Dad Ranch.
