WE NEED your help ~ To recreate Lakeside Lodge venues (Phase 1 ~ Kitchen)

Creating a second kitchen and dining area will expand Joy’s impact and sustainability by creating the ability to seamlessly serve two groups simultaneously, thereby increasing our guest group rental opportunities. This project will expand our opportunities to invite more people 

“to taste and see that the Lord is good.”

We nee your help to raise awareness, raise funds, and discover volunteers with the skills required to transform our venues at Lakeside Lodge. This change will provide smaller groups with a more refined and private experience. Our adaption ideal is as follows:

Why we need to increase our guest group rental revenue income?

In 2024, our small but incredibly dedicated team at Joy Bible Camp achieved remarkable feats. They planned and facilitated 105 ministry camp days, warmly welcomed 3,644 guests, made approximately 1,906 beds, and cooked around 19,500 meals. These achievements are a testament to the personal sacrifices and unwavering commitment of our staff and dedicated volunteers.

We are proud of our team members who agree to below market salaries despite their high level of expertise, energy, and service. Beyond their paid hours, they volunteer countless hours, often donate back their earnings, and take on multiple roles outside their job descriptions dedicated to the success of this ministry.

It's important to note that while many supporters may view staff as an overhead cost, we see them as missionaries who are a vital component of who we are and what we do as a ministry. They are the heart and soul of Joy Bible Camp, embodying our mission of "Changed Lives Forever! ..through the Good News of Jesus Christ."
